The Bulathkohupitiya – Dedugala Road is lined with a beautiful array of waterfalls. Beginning with the Welanda Ella Waterfall, you'll come across Kalupahanawatte Ella, Rikili Ella, Nalagana Ella, and Rukmal Ella as you continue your journey. Beyond Dedugala, you'll find Devagiri Ella and the Windsor Forest waterfall, eventually reaching Dolosbage.

To reach the waterfall, head 3.7 km along the Dedugala road from Bulathkohupitiya. You'll encounter a concrete paved road on your right, crossing a stream. Continue for about 500 meters on this road, then walk another 500 meters through rubber plantations and patches of jungle to arrive at the fall. The path is unmarked, so it's advisable to go with someone familiar with the area.
